Security Operations Engineer (Europe - Remote)

SpotMe is a leading B2B event platform that helps enterprises deliver high-quality, CRM-connected experiences. We are looking for a Security Operations Engineer to join our team and elevate our IT security posture in a high-impact environment where security is a core business priority.

Key responsibilities

• Manage identity, access, and lifecycle processes, including joiners, movers, and leavers across our SaaS tools.
• Implement and maintain endpoint management and protection for our macOS fleet.
• Configure security controls and access models within our SaaS applications to ensure robust protection and logging.
• Build internal tooling for access reporting, cross-tool investigation, and detection layers.
• Participate in security incident response as part of our preventive and reactive security strategy.

Requirements

• Experience working across multiple security domains, including identity management, endpoint security, and tool configuration.
• Strong proficiency with Google Workspace as an identity platform, including SSO, SAML, and audit logs.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, HTTP methods, authentication via API keys, and OAuth 2.0.
• Ability to balance security requirements with business needs, ensuring controls are effective without hindering productivity.
• Strong judgment in prioritizing tasks based on risk and urgency in a fast-paced environment.
