Security Lead

Cyclad is seeking an experienced Security Workstream Lead to manage security operations and governance for enterprise-scale AI agents and Copilot solutions. You will play a pivotal role in implementing a security-by-design approach across the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem, ensuring robust protection and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Define the security architecture and control framework for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry.
• Establish and operationalize the security model for enterprise AI agents, including governance, observability, and monitoring.
• Design and implement identity and access governance using Microsoft Entra and least-privilege principles.
• Operationalize Microsoft Purview capabilities, including data protection and sensitivity labeling, alongside Microsoft Defender and Sentinel.
• Integrate AI agent operations into existing ITIL/ITSM processes and define clear ownership models and runbooks.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 security, administration, and the Microsoft AI security ecosystem.
• Practical knowledge of enterprise security frameworks, governance, and security-by-design principles.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Entra, and Microsoft Purview.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Sentinel for security monitoring and incident response.
• Proven ability to translate complex security controls into repeatable, sustainable operational processes.
• Excellent communication skills with experience in stakeholder management across diverse technical teams.
