Security Consultant - Penetration Tester

Experis Manpower Group is seeking a skilled Security Consultant and Penetration Tester to join our global team. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying security vulnerabilities and providing expert guidance to help our clients strengthen their defensive posture.

Key responsibilities

• Actively exploit vulnerabilities and use findings to help develop solutions that secure the enterprise.
• Provide expert consulting services in the discipline of vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
• Lead customer engagements and present security assessment results to clients.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and contribute to the growth of the Offensive Security business.
• Participate in the development of new Offensive Security practice services and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience in the field.
• Proven experience working as a dedicated ethical hacker or penetration tester.
• Strong knowledge of application security, source code review, mobile, and network security.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, .NET, C, and Python.
• Understanding of LLM and AI technologies in the context of security.
