Security Architect

Spyrosoft is seeking an experienced Security Architect to join a strategic cyber security project. In this role, you will provide expert security architecture guidance, governance support, and conduct comprehensive security assessments across diverse technology solutions while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Review solution concepts and technical documentation to identify security risks and necessary controls.
• Conduct security architecture reviews, cloud security assessments, and vendor security evaluations.
• Evaluate identity and access management, network segmentation, encryption, and data protection mechanisms.
• Assess infrastructure connectivity requests, including firewall and proxy configurations, to ensure alignment with security standards.
• Provide actionable security recommendations and prepare detailed architecture review reports for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience in cyber security and security architecture.
• Hands-on expertise in performing security architecture assessments and cloud security risk analysis.
• Deep understanding of IAM, network security, authentication, and security logging.
• Ability to translate complex technical findings into business-focused recommendations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills with experience in cross-functional environments.
