Secure Development Platform Engineer

Experis Manpower Group is seeking an experienced Secure Development Platform Engineer to join a team focused on evaluating and enhancing AI-powered security solutions. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of application security, software engineering, and generative AI to ensure that security tools provide reliable, accurate, and actionable insights for development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive validation strategies for AI-powered security tools and platforms.
• Evaluate the accuracy, consistency, and overall effectiveness of AI-generated security outputs.
• Develop robust testing frameworks and benchmarking methodologies for security-focused AI solutions.
• Validate detection capabilities across SAST, DAST, SCA, secrets detection, and infrastructure security domains.
• Assess various commercial and open-source AI security solutions to provide actionable technical recommendations.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in software engineering, application security, or cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) practices and principles.
• Hands-on experience with SAST, DAST, SCA, vulnerability management, and modern security testing tools.
• Practical experience working with LLMs, generative AI technologies, or AI-assisted development tools.
• Strong scripting and automation skills using Python or PowerShell, combined with experience in CI/CD environments.
