Kobie is looking for a dedicated SDET to join our team in building a next-generation customer loyalty platform. In this role, you will act as a software engineer first and a quality practitioner second, helping us deliver reliable, high-quality software for some of the world's most beloved brands.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the shift-left quality strategy by implementing robust automation and testing frameworks.
• Enable engineering teams to test their own code effectively through tooling, advocacy, and education.
• Execute complex software testing and improve key quality metrics across the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with world-class engineers to ensure predictable and reliable software delivery.

Requirements

• 0-3 years of experience as a software developer or SDET with a strong background in production coding.
• Fluency in testing methodologies including unit, integration, functional, and performance testing.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
• Proven track record of automating complex testing in enterprise environments using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD practices, agile methodologies, and the software development lifecycle.
