About the Client

Our client operates in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sector, developing innovative digital solutions that support scientists in resolving equipment-related issues and optimizing laboratory processes. The project focuses on a modern web and mobile application that allows users to conveniently report incidents, equipment issues, and complaints while providing intelligent suggestions for self-service troubleshooting. The product is actively evolving, with a rich roadmap introducing new features and enhancements aimed at improving the overall user experience. The team works in a SCRUM environment using Jira and Confluence, with a strong focus on collaboration, quality, and continuous product improvement.

What you will do

• Facilitate and drive all SCRUM ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
• Remove impediments and support the team in achieving sprint goals
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and ownership within the team
• Cooperate closely with the Product Owner, ensuring a clear and actionable product backlog
• Promote Agile best practices and mentor team members on effective ways of working
• Monitor delivery progress, ensure transparency, and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Support the team in maintaining high-quality standards during development, maintenance, and roadmap delivery

What we are looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master working with cross-functional Agile teams
• Strong knowledge of SCRUM and Agile frameworks; certification (PSM, CSM, PMI-ACP) is a plus
• Experience working with tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Ability to guide teams toward self-organization, consistent delivery, and continuous improvement
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in projects involving web and/or mobile application development
• Nice to have: experience working in pharma, biotech, laboratory systems, or regulated environments
