Scrum Master (SAFe)

• Rate: 144 PLN/h netto + VAT (B2B)

Introduction & Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master with over 4 years of experience to facilitate Agile practices in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will bring a pragmatic approach to enhancing team performance and collaboration, particularly in scaled Agile environments such as SAFe. Strong knowledge of Kanban practices and the ability to engage effectively with complex products and architectures are essential.

Main Responsibilities:

In this role, you will deploy your expertise to drive Agile transformations and improve team dynamics.

• Facilitate Scrum/Kanban events and ensure effective delivery.

• Support work in scaled Agile environments (ART / SAFe).

• Identify and remove obstacles impacting the team.

• Enable collaboration across teams and stakeholders.

• Support Product Owner in backlog management.

• Work with complex product and architecture.

• Apply and improve Kanban practices and flow.

• Drive continuous improvement using data and metrics.

Key Requirements:

• Experience as a Scrum Master (4+ years).

• Experience in scaled Agile / SAFe or RTE exposure.

• Experience with complex products/architecture.

• Strong practical knowledge of Kanban.

• Hands-on, pragmatic approach (not only coaching).

• Experience with Jira and Confluence.

• Fluent English.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in insurance domain.

• Experience with distributed/offshore teams.

• Scrum certification (PSM / CSM).
