Scrum Master / RTE

Avenga is currently seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join our team as a Scrum Master with the opportunity to step up into a Release Train Engineer (RTE) role. This position is designed for a candidate who is ready to take on greater responsibilities within a scaled agile environment and contribute to the success of our delivery processes.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitating agile ceremonies and supporting the development team in delivering high-quality software solutions.
• Acting as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Managing and optimizing the flow of value through the Agile Release Train.
• Identifying and removing impediments that hinder team progress and overall productivity.
• Collaborating with leadership to refine agile practices and improve organizational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience working within an Agile Release Train or other scaled agile frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in configuring Jira and creating comprehensive Jira Dashboards.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and the ability to mentor teams effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate cross-team collaboration and transparency.
• Experience with Jira Plan or Structure configuration is considered a significant advantage.
