Scrum Master

Cloudfide is seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to join our team and drive high-performing Agile delivery in complex IT projects. You will act as a servant leader, fostering a culture of transparency, empowerment, and continuous improvement while ensuring our engineering teams thrive in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure the consistent application of Agile best practices.
• Coach teams and stakeholders to evolve their Agile mindset and improve overall delivery flow.
• Identify and remove impediments to team performance while promoting self-organization and accountability.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to ensure clear priorities and effective value delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on team feedback and delivery metrics.

Requirements

• Proven commercial experience as a Scrum Master within IT software development, cloud, or data engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, specifically Scrum, with familiarity in scaled frameworks like SAFe.
• Hands-on proficiency with Agile delivery tools including Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Miro.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills paired with high emotional intelligence.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities to build partnerships across technical teams.
