Scrum Master

Team Connect is a leading IT provider specializing in Agile and DevOps-based software development. We are currently seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to join our team and help drive excellence in our software delivery processes.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensuring best practices are followed to maximize team delivery.
• Coach and mentor stakeholders and team members to increase their understanding and adoption of Agile principles.
• Identify areas for improvement within the delivery team and support the implementation of necessary changes.
• Manage end-to-end projects, including planning, delivery, and budget oversight.
• Produce relevant metrics to measure progress and team performance, proposing adjustments to workflows when needed.

Requirements

• Strong passion for Agile values and proven experience working within an Agile team.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to remove blockers and handle competing stakeholder demands.
• Proficiency in Agile tooling such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong leadership qualities with a focus on motivating and guiding teams toward success.
