Scrum Master

Awareson is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join an international technology project focused on modern Agile practices and AI-driven process optimization. This role centers on facilitating team performance and streamlining software delivery through AI-supported workflows, specifically utilizing the BMAD Method.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and continuously improve Agile processes within the development team.
• Support the adoption of AI-assisted workflows for sprint planning, backlog refinement, and task estimation.
• Review and validate AI-generated recommendations to ensure they align with team goals and delivery expectations.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to promote transparency, accountability, and process efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to improve team productivity through effective process automation and human-in-the-loop decision-making.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in professional software development environments.
• Hands-on experience with the BMAD Method or practical involvement in BMAD-based workflows.
• Strong understanding of AI-driven automation in Agile processes, including backlog management and estimation.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to guide teams in effectively utilizing AI-assisted delivery practices while maintaining human oversight.
