Scrum Master

Andersen is looking for a dedicated Scrum Master to join a project focused on building a next-generation digital platform. You will support the agile delivery of scalable technology solutions for an international software company operating in a highly regulated industry.

Key responsibilities

• Managing teams within an Agile/Scrum framework to ensure efficient delivery.
• Focusing on agile processes, monitoring process metrics, and maintaining team health.
• Mediating conflicts and proactively removing blockers to support team progress.
• Guiding teams in backlog prioritization and sprint planning to achieve sprint goals.
• Working with project management tools like Azure DevOps or Jira to track progress.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience managing teams in an Agile or Scrum framework.
• Strong ability to mediate conflicts and foster collaboration within diverse teams.
• Proven experience in identifying and escalating blockers to ensure smooth delivery.
• Ability to guide teams in backlog prioritization and effective sprint planning.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.
