Scrum Master

Spyrosoft is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join an international team delivering large-scale software development projects. In this role, you will operate within a complex, multi-team environment using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to drive best practices, enable high-performing teams, and ensure successful product delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach and guide team members on Agile and Scrum practices to improve productivity and quality.
• Remove impediments and help the team stay focused on sprint objectives.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner on backlog refinement and prioritization.
• Monitor sprint progress, team velocity, and delivery metrics using Azure DevOps.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software development projects.
• Practical knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
• Strong proficiency in Azure DevOps for backlog management and sprint tracking.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, with the ability to work effectively in global, distributed teams.
