Scrum Master

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies with a focus on achieving tangible outcomes.
• Coach teams toward greater ownership, accountability, and delivery effectiveness.
• Identify and remove impediments while fostering a high-trust, collaborative environment.
• Address team dynamics and negative behaviors directly and constructively.
• Leverage AI and modern tools to enhance team insights, decision-making, and overall impact.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure clarity, communication, and consistent flow of work.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in a similar leadership role.
• Proven ability to improve team dynamics in high-friction or low-accountability environments.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience supporting multiple teams or complex organizational structures.
• Demonstrated curiosity and practical experience using AI to enhance coaching and team effectiveness.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
