Responsibilities:

The Scrum Master will work closely with the product development team to ensure work progresses according to schedule and quality expectations. This role will also serve as a coach and mentor, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and helping the team consistently achieve its objectives.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.

• Identify, escalate, and remove impediments affecting team progress.

• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.

• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to key stakeholders.

• Track Agile KPIs and support timely delivery of high-quality products and solutions.

• Ensure adherence to Scrum framework and Agile principles.

• Coach team members on Agile best practices and promote Agile maturity.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of Scrum Master experience in software or product development environments.

• Proficient in English (written and verbal).

• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.

• Proven ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
