Scrum Master / PM

Avenga is looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to join an international project within the Pharma & Life Sciences sector. You will be part of a team developing a modern platform that integrates biosample data, ensuring it remains findable, accessible, interoperable, and reusable for scientific research and operational analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Ensuring the Scrum team adheres to Scrum theory, practices, and rules to facilitate successful project delivery.
• Coordinating all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Verifying the feasibility of requirements with the development team and monitoring sprint progress.
• Managing risks, removing impediments, and maintaining clear communication regarding project status with the Delivery Manager.
• Coordinating development tasks to ensure all project timelines and quality standards are met.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in software development and 5 years in coordinating international IT project teams.
• Strong consulting and negotiation skills with a proven ability to work in multicultural environments.
• Professional proficiency in English at a C1 level.
• Relevant Scrum Master certifications such as PSM I, PSM II, PSM III, or Agile PM, plus at least one scaled certification like SAFe or LeSS.
• Academic degree in Information Technology, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
