Scientific Quotation Manager

Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing is seeking a dedicated Scientific Quotation Manager to join our Sales and Marketing team. This role focuses on technical quote elaboration, customer communication, and cross-departmental coordination within the Medical Device market, ensuring high-quality support for our global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage direct communications with intercompany customers regarding technical and commercial inquiries.
• Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotations to ensure timely service delivery.
• Provide comprehensive sales support, including the formulation of commercial proposals and sample management.
• Maintain accurate master data and customer records within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with various business departments to resolve administrative and logistical challenges effectively.

Requirements

• Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biology, or a related scientific field.
• Fluent proficiency in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of German or Spanish is considered a significant advantage.
• Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in information technology and business software.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
