SOS Children's Villages is seeking a consultant or consultancy team to support the application of the IES Scalability Pathway across five priority projects. This role involves assessing project readiness, synthesizing existing evidence, and developing actionable learning products to strengthen programme quality and impact.
Key responsibilities
- Review and assess project documentation for five selected Member Associations.
- Map project positions within the IES Scalability Pathway and identify critical evidence gaps.
- Synthesize evidence and learning to provide recommendations for scalability and future development.
- Develop tailored learning products, such as case studies or briefs, to communicate key findings.
- Facilitate validation discussions with internal teams and country-level stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in evidence generation, evaluation, MEAL, or organizational learning.
- Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills with the ability to translate findings into actionable advice.
- Proven experience leading assessments across multiple projects and diverse operational contexts.
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in French is considered an asset.
- Familiarity with scalability or innovation-to-scale frameworks.
