SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management Lead Consultant

YOUR ITEAMS is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management Lead Consultant to guide the rollout of Talent Management modules across new legal entities. In this role, you will act as the primary client-facing consultant, leading workshops, advising stakeholders, and ensuring that the implemented solutions are configured to meet specific business needs within a collaborative, Teal-inspired environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary consultant for the Talent Management workstream and act as the main point of contact for clients.
• Plan and lead workshops to demonstrate Talent Management capabilities and gather business requirements.
• Advise business stakeholders on how the existing SuccessFactors solution can best support new legal entities and local requirements.
• Identify and recommend configuration adjustments required for successful rollouts.
• Define, maintain, and validate Role-Based Permissions and apply XML-based configuration where needed.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management.
• Practical experience with modules such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, or Learning.
• Proven experience leading workshops and presenting solutions to business stakeholders in a client-facing capacity.
• Solid knowledge of Role-Based Permissions configuration and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently while managing stakeholder expectations.
