SAP SuccessFactors PMGM and Succession Planning

DCV Technologies is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team, focusing on Performance and Goal Management (PMGM) and Succession Planning modules. This role is ideal for a professional looking to leverage their deep functional expertise in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Configure goal plans, performance forms, route maps, rating scales, and competencies to meet business requirements.
• Support the end-to-end goal setting, performance review, and calibration processes.
• Configure succession planning features, including talent pools, successor nominations, talent cards, and organizational charts.
• Manage Role-Based Permissions and ensure seamless module integrations.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documentation, and detailed test scripts.
• Provide ongoing support for testing, troubleshooting, and resolving production issues.

Requirements

• Over 8 years of dedicated experience working with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proven hands-on expertise in both PMGM and Succession Planning modules.
• Experience across various project types, including implementations, rollouts, and AMS support.
• Mandatory SAP SuccessFactors certifications in PMGM and Succession Planning.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
