SAP SuccessFactors PMGM and Succession Planning

DCV Technologies is seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team, focusing on Performance and Goal Management (PMGM) and Succession Planning modules. This role is ideal for an experienced professional looking to leverage their expertise in a fully remote environment, contributing to complex implementations and ongoing support projects.

Key responsibilities

• Configure goal plans, performance forms, route maps, rating scales, and competencies to meet business requirements.
• Manage the configuration of succession planning tools, including talent pools, successor nominations, talent cards, and organizational charts.
• Oversee Role-Based Permissions and ensure seamless integration between SuccessFactors modules.
• Provide comprehensive support for testing, troubleshooting, system enhancements, and production issues.
• Develop detailed functional specifications, configuration documentation, and robust test scripts.

Requirements

• Over 8 years of dedicated experience working with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proven hands-on expertise in both PMGM and Succession Planning modules.
• Extensive background in implementation, rollout, enhancement, or AMS support projects.
• Mandatory SAP SuccessFactors certifications in PMGM and Succession Planning.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
