SAP SuccessFactors ESM Consultant

Awareson is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Service Management (ESM) Consultant to join a major international implementation project. You will play a key role in the end-to-end deployment of ESM within a global organization, working closely with international teams to deliver high-quality system solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse complex business requirements to translate them into effective system solutions.
• Conduct workshops and solution design sessions with key stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors ESM modules according to project specifications.
• Support the full project lifecycle, including solution design, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
• Collaborate closely with SuccessFactors, Employee Central, and integration teams to ensure seamless system functionality.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Service Management (ESM) and implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of system configuration, testing activities, and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and engage directly with business stakeholders to facilitate workshops.
• Professional level of English proficiency for effective communication in a global environment.
