SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead Consultant

DCV Technologies is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead Consultant to drive functional excellence across Core HR and organizational management. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of Employee Central solutions, work closely with business and technical stakeholders, and shape reliable, secure, and scalable HR processes within a global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead functional activities across SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and design, configure, and optimize Core HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Manage organizational structures, Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Position Management, workflows, and Business Rules.
• Ensure effective Role-Based Permissions and secure access to employee data while maintaining GDPR compliance.
• Translate complex business needs into functional solutions, specifications, and configuration changes.
• Coordinate SIT/UAT, provide production support, and facilitate communication between HR, IT, and technical teams.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, including deep hands-on Employee Central expertise.
• Mandatory SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core certification.
• Strong knowledge of Core HR, organizational management, and configuration of Business Rules and workflows.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to lead functional discussions and drive issues to resolution.
