SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead Consultant

YOUR ITEAMS is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead Consultant to spearhead the Employee Central workstream during a major international rollout project. As the primary client-facing consultant, you will coordinate design, data migration, and stakeholder engagements to ensure a successful implementation across multiple global locations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Employee Central workstream and serve as the primary point of contact for the client throughout the rollout.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project progress, ensuring all milestones are met and potential risks are effectively managed.
• Facilitate business and design workshops to gather requirements and align on the optimal solution design.
• Perform Fit-Gap analysis and assess existing configurations to identify necessary retrofits for the new rollout.
• Lead data migration activities, ensuring high data quality and integrity, while collaborating with technical teams on interface design.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and a proven track record in leading implementation projects.
• Expertise in facilitating customer workshops and managing stakeholder communication in a client-facing capacity.
• Solid knowledge of Fit-Gap analysis, data migration methodologies, and integration patterns.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Fluent communication skills suitable for international project settings.
