SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (LMS)

We’re supporting an international organization that is building and scaling its global HR technology ecosystem. This role focuses on Learning & Development processes within SAP SuccessFactors, with strong ownership of the LMS area.

This is not a support-only role – you will work on complex topics, system evolution, and global projects, acting as the internal expert (3rd line) for learning systems.

What you’ll be doing

• Own and develop SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) solutions

• Configure and optimize learning processes

• Work on system enhancements, implementations, and global rollouts

• Translate business needs into system configurations

• Support release cycles, testing, and system stability

• Handle complex incidents and change requests (3rd line support)

• Collaborate with global stakeholders, IT, and external vendors

• Contribute to learning strategy and system roadmap

Tech & Environment

• SAP SuccessFactors (Learning focus)

• AI tools in HR (incl. SAP Joule / AI-based solutions)

• SAP Datasphere (contextual)

• Agile / product-based delivery model

Must-have

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS)

• Strong understanding of Learning & Development processes

• Hands-on experience in system configuration / solution design

• Experience working in global environments/projects

• Knowledge of integrations (HR systems ↔ learning/content platforms)

• Ability to work with stakeholders and translate requirements
