SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Employee Central and Onboarding)

emagine Polska is looking for a dedicated SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our Application Managed Services team. You will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our SuccessFactors landscape, focusing primarily on Employee Central, Onboarding, and Offboarding modules.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily AMS support for Employee Central, Onboarding, Offboarding, and People Analytics modules.
• Ensure stable and efficient business-as-usual operations across the SuccessFactors environment.
• Contribute to implementation projects, including system design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Document activities, issues, and resolutions to maintain high standards of service.
• Collaborate with internal and external team members to facilitate effective knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors, specifically with Employee Central and Onboarding modules.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional proficiency in English to support international operations.
• Familiarity with SuccessFactors Reporting and People Analytics.
• Knowledge of AI capabilities within the SuccessFactors ecosystem.
• Understanding of integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA payroll systems.
