SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay

DCV Technologies is currently seeking two experienced SAP SuccessFactors consultants to join our team. This role focuses on the end-to-end implementation and configuration of Compensation and Variable Pay modules within a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules.
• Configure compensation plans, eligibility rules, budgets, salary guidelines, and approval workflows.
• Manage bonus plans, goal weights, proration, and complex payout calculations.
• Support Employee History Data, compensation statements, and Executive Review processes.
• Perform data validation, UAT, troubleshooting, and production support while managing Role-Based Permissions.

Requirements

• Over 8 years of professional experience working with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Extensive hands-on expertise in both Compensation and Variable Pay modules.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end implementations and system configurations.
• Deep knowledge of merit increases, promotions, and incentive plan cycles.
• Mandatory SAP SuccessFactors certifications in Compensation and Variable Pay.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to produce high-quality documentation.
