SAP SuccessFactor Employee Central Lead Consultant

DCV Technologies is looking for a highly experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will lead functional activities across Core HR, organizational management, reporting, and access management, ensuring the successful delivery of complex HR solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Employee Central configuration, system enhancements, and ongoing functional support.
• Configure Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, business rules, workflows, and Position Management.
• Manage Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and complex security requirements.
• Support integrations, reporting, testing, UAT, and production issue resolution.
• Lead stakeholder discussions and provide expert guidance to functional teams.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of professional experience in SAP SuccessFactors with deep hands-on expertise in Employee Central.
• Strong understanding of Core HR processes and organizational structures.
• Proven ability in system configuration, troubleshooting, and effective stakeholder management.
• Mandatory SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.
• Solid knowledge of GDPR and employee data privacy regulations.
