SAP SD Pricing & Conditions Business Analyst (SAP ECC)

Summary: The role of the SAP SD Pricing & Conditions Business Analyst is crucial for supporting a global business organization using SAP ECC. The primary goal is to enhance business processes related to pricing within the SAP Sales & Distribution module through direct interaction with stakeholders and analysis of existing processes.

Main Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with business stakeholders across multiple countries.

• Analyze, document, and optimize existing pricing and condition management processes in SAP ECC.

• Gather and clarify business requirements.

• Create functional documentation and user stories.

• Serve as the bridge between business users and technical teams.

• Perform reverse engineering of existing SAP SD pricing configurations and processes.

• Understand and document pricing procedures, condition types, access sequences, and related business logic.

• Support business teams in maintaining and improving pricing processes.

• Prepare and execute test scenarios and test cases.

• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Provide hands-on support for pricing-related incidents and business requests.

• Ensure stable day-to-day operations within the SAP ECC environment.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar role.

• Strong experience with SAP ECC Sales & Distribution (SD).

• Deep understanding of SAP SD Pricing & Conditions (Condition Technique).

• Proven experience analyzing and documenting existing SAP pricing processes.

• Ability to reverse engineer existing pricing configurations and business logic.

• Experience writing User Stories, business requirements, and functional specifications.

• Fluent spoken and written English.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in international or multinational environments.

• Retail industry experience is an advantage.

• Experience with legacy SAP environments and transformation programs.

• Basic technical understanding of SAP customization and configuration concepts.
