SAP S/4HANA & Fiori Authorization Consultant

About the Role:

Join us as a key specialist responsible for shaping and maintaining the SAP authorization landscape. In this role, you will balance operational excellence in user/role management with conceptual work around modern SAP S/4HANA and Fiori environments. Most of our infrastructure is currently On-Premises, but you will also have a real impact on our future transition towards SAP BTP.

Your responsibilities:

• Role & User Management: End-to-end administration of users and roles (PFCG: single, composite, derived) across a multi-system SAP S/4HANA landscape.

• Fiori Architecture: Designing, building, and maintaining Fiori catalogs, groups, and launchpad spaces.

• Troubleshooting & Compliance: Analyzing authorization issues (traces), performing SoD checks/GRC validations, and documenting changes in line with audit requirements.

• Future-Proofing: Supporting IAM tools integration, designing business roles, and participating in sandbox prototyping for upcoming cloud/BTP solutions.

Your profile:

• Experience: Proven track record in SAP user and role administration (SU01, SU10, PFCG) within complex system landscapes.

• S/4HANA & Fiori Focus: Hands-on experience with Fiori catalogs, services, and modern authorization concepts.

• Analytical Skills: Practical knowledge of authorization trace analysis and troubleshooting.

• Compliance Awareness: Understanding of GRC processes, SoD checks, and audit-compliant documentation.

• Nice to have: Experience with IAM tools or ticketing systems (Jira / SAP SolMan).

• Language: Fluent English.
