SAP PY Advanced Consultant

SD Worx is looking for an experienced SAP PY Advanced Consultant to join our global team. In this role, you will provide expert application support, configure SAP HR/Payroll systems, and deliver tailored solutions to our diverse client base while working in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide application support within the AMS scope, including handling incidents, service requests, and system changes.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot SAP HR, Payroll, and SuccessFactors systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Analyze complex business requirements and design effective solutions that align with client needs.
• Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions and conduct professional training workshops for end-users.
• Collaborate with global teams and technical experts to meet SLA targets and maintain high service quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
• Fluent proficiency in both Polish and English.
• Extensive experience with SAP HR, HCM, and Payroll processes, including a solid understanding of payroll regulations.
• Strong analytical skills, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and excellent stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
