SAP Project Manager

Link Group is currently seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager at the Senior or Manager level to lead complex, end-to-end project deliveries within a dynamic, fully remote environment. You will be responsible for steering large-scale initiatives, ensuring high-quality outcomes, and maintaining seamless collaboration across diverse teams.

Key responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end SAP project deliveries from initiation to final implementation.
• Managing and mentoring large teams consisting of 25 or more professionals.
• Overseeing project planning, detailed reporting, and proactive risk and issue management.
• Navigating and succeeding within complex multi-vendor project environments.
• Engaging with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 7-9+ years of professional experience specifically as an SAP Project Manager.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects from start to finish.
• Active PRINCE2 Practitioner and Microsoft Project certifications.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing large, cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with SAP HANA is highly desirable.
