SAP PM/PS Consultant

REALCORE Industry & Materials Poland is seeking an experienced SAP PM/PS Consultant to join our growing AMS organization. In this role, you will support and continuously improve SAP plant-maintenance and project-management processes, ensuring our international enterprise customers operate reliable and efficient systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional Level 2/3 support for SAP PM and PS incidents and service requests.
• Analyze business issues, identify root causes, and provide timely solutions or workarounds.
• Manage the complete ticket lifecycle, including investigation, documentation, and communication.
• Configure and deliver minor changes and enhancements in SAP PM and PS modules.
• Prepare functional specifications for developments, reports, interfaces, and workflow changes.
• Coordinate with ABAP, integration, Basis, and other technical teams to ensure system stability.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on SAP consulting or AMS experience in SAP PM and PS.
• Strong expertise in one module, preferably PM, with practical experience in the other.
• Proven experience supporting SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into sustainable SAP configurations.
• Experience with testing, release management, and post-change validation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in professional English.
