SAP Payroll Implementation Lead - Poland

We are currently seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Implementation Lead to join our team and drive excellence in our Polish payroll solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to capture payroll requirements and guide them through workshops, configuration, and system setup.
• Validate and configure customer payroll solutions and integrations in full compliance with local legal regulations.
• Manage all system testing phases, including SIT, UAT, and parallel runs, while resolving configuration issues.
• Oversee go-live activities to ensure total system readiness and project success.
• Track project progress and documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet milestones.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field with proven experience in at least three successful SAP HCM implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of Polish payroll regulations and a strong track record of delivering high-quality HR system implementations.
• Fluent in English and Polish with excellent communication skills and a client-focused, collaborative mindset.
• Strong accountability for results and a commitment to handling sensitive information with discretion.
