SAP MM / Retail & Master Data Senior Consultant

YourITeams is looking for an experienced SAP MM / Retail & Master Data Senior Consultant to lead the design and implementation of retail master data solutions within complex, international environments. You will play a key role in driving SAP Retail transformations, ensuring high-quality data standards and seamless integration across business modules.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and delivery of SAP Retail Master Data Management solutions across multiple countries.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert, providing functional leadership and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
• Define and implement robust master data governance models, data quality standards, and operational procedures.
• Support end-to-end retail business processes, including merchandising, procurement, inventory management, and store operations.
• Facilitate workshops, manage testing cycles, and oversee defect resolution during project cutover and go-live phases.

Requirements

• Proven experience in delivering SAP Retail transformation, implementation, and rollout projects.
• Deep functional expertise in Article Master, Assortment Management, Site Master Data, and Business Partner Master Data.
• Strong understanding of retail business processes and integration points with SAP MM, SD, and CAR.
• Experience working in global, multi-country environments with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills combined with a professional degree in a related field.
