Sap Lead

Experis Manpower Group is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Lead to join our team and play a pivotal role in building and leading a new SAP HCM department while driving significant HR transformation initiatives. This is a fully remote position for candidates based in Poland.

Key responsibilities

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing SAP HCM team.
• Manage SAP HCM support, implementation, and enhancement projects.
• Lead Workday implementation and integration activities.
• Drive SAP ECC to Cloud migration initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP HCM issues and deliver end-user training.

Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in the SAP HR/HCM area, including previous roles as a SAP Lead or Lead Consultant.
• Strong hands-on expertise with SAP HCM modules, specifically Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll (PY), and Time Management (TM).
• Proven track record of leading SAP HCM projects and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with HR system integrations and cloud transformation projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and fluency in English.
