SAP Hybris Business and System Analyst

Team Connect is a leading IT provider specializing in Agile and DevOps-based software development. We are currently seeking an experienced SAP Hybris Business and System Analyst to join an international e-commerce project and bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Support business analysts with business process modelling using BPMN standards.
• Conduct system analysis of requirements, including As-Is vs To-Be and Fit/Gap assessments.
• Create high-quality technical specifications and comprehensive system documentation.
• Manage end-to-end feature delivery while acting as the primary point of contact for developers, QA, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience implementing SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) solutions.
• Strong understanding of the SAP Hybris application lifecycle and e-commerce domain knowledge.
• Proven experience in gathering requirements, writing user stories, and managing end-to-end delivery.
• Proficiency in creating process and system documentation, including ERD, sequence diagrams, and DFDs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, suitable for technical writing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Development, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
