SAP HR Specialist

TeamQuest is seeking a dedicated SAP HR Specialist to join our team and contribute to the development and optimization of SAP HCM solutions. In this role, you will act as a key advisor to our partners, ensuring that HR processes are streamlined and supported through effective system configuration and proactive problem-solving.

Key responsibilities

• Actively participate in development projects and configuration of the SAP HCM module to align with current business trends.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, providing expert support and handling Help Desk requests to optimize HR processes.
• Contribute to product influence by proposing and implementing innovative system extensions and new functionalities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience working with the SAP HCM module, specifically in PY.
• Strong ability to build professional relationships and communicate complex technical information clearly.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Practical knowledge of the ABAP language, including the ability to perform debugging to resolve errors.
