SAP HR Consultant - Specialist in Czech Payroll

We are looking for an SAP HR Consultant specializing in Czech payroll to join our team and contribute to our mission of simplifying international workforce management.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes using SAP and euHReka platforms to optimize service delivery.
• Manage parametrization and business definition based on specific client requirements.
• Resolve complex functional issues and monitor HRSP implementations related to legal changes.
• Prepare detailed solution specifications, test scripts, and conduct thorough testing of implemented changes.
• Provide expert training and mentorship to team members while maintaining a global view of the application.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a functional SAP HCM payroll consultant.
• Strong knowledge of SAP HR modules, including payroll, time management, and pre/post-payroll processes.
• Advanced proficiency in English is required; knowledge of the Czech language is a significant advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks and make autonomous decisions.
