SAP FSCM / Rebate Management SME/Solution Architect

Red Global is seeking experienced SAP professionals to join a major Rebate Management implementation initiative. We are currently looking for both a Solution Architect and a Subject Matter Expert to support the design, implementation, and integration of SAP FSCM and Order-to-Cash processes across SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.

Key responsibilities

• Define solution architecture and detailed designs for SAP FSCM and Rebate Management.
• Drive O2C solution design across SAP ECC and S/4HANA, including complex integrations.
• Co-create functional process designs and gather business requirements from stakeholders.
• Lead fit-to-standard discussions and ensure alignment with delivery standards.
• Support SAP integration design, LeanIX documentation, and BTP extensions involving external data sources.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in SAP FSCM and Rebate Management, including architecture and solution models.
• Deep knowledge of SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes across both ECC and S/4HANA.
• Proven experience supporting SAP implementation initiatives and functional integration.
• For the Architect role: Knowledge of LeanIX, SAP BTP extensions, and external data integrations.
• For the SME role: Hands-on implementation experience and the ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
