We are seeking an experienced SAP Forecasting & Replenishment (F&R) Lead to drive forecasting and replenishment processes within the retail sector. This role is pivotal in optimizing inventory levels, improving product availability, and enhancing supply chain efficiency through SAP F&R solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP F&R implementation and support activities.
• Conduct workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into system configurations.
• Integrate SAP F&R with SAP CAR, ECC, or S/4HANA environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process alignment and system performance.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with SAP F&R.
• Proven ability to lead workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong integration experience with SAP CAR, ECC, or S/4HANA.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a strong advantage.
