SAP Finance Solutions Consultant (f/m/x)

Sii Sp. z o.o. is looking for an experienced SAP Finance Solutions Consultant to join a global technology-driven organization. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and evolving enterprise finance systems, ensuring they remain scalable, compliant, and aligned with international business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Managing and enhancing finance-related ERP functionalities to ensure stable day-to-day operations and continuous system improvements.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify process optimization opportunities and translating them into effective technical solutions.
• Leading discussions regarding financial processes, including period-end activities, intercompany transactions, asset accounting, and financial reporting.
• Gathering, analyzing, and validating business requirements, performing gap assessments, and supporting comprehensive solution design activities.
• Participating in implementation projects, testing cycles, deployments, and providing post-go-live support while ensuring compliance with governance and audit standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of technical hands-on experience as an SAP Finance Consultant, including configuration, support, and enhancement activities.
• Strong expertise in core financial processes such as general ledger accounting, fixed assets, multi-currency operations, and statutory reporting.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and the integration of finance systems with related business functions.
• Proven ability to work independently in a dynamic environment while effectively collaborating with cross-functional and international teams.
• Fluent English with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
