SAP FI/CO Lead Consultant

We are seeking a high-caliber Lead SAP FICO Consultant to spearhead our Cash Management and Treasury workstreams. This role requires a blend of deep technical configuration skills and strong leadership capabilities. You will manage international teams, drive sub-projects, and deliver fully integrated S/4HANA financial solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Leadership & Team Delivery:

• Proven Track Record: 10+ years of hands-on SAP FICO experience with at least 4 full-lifecycle implementations (design through go-live).

• Workstream Ownership: Lead blueprinting workshops, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and coordinate global consultants and subcontractors.

• Mentorship & Governance: Act as a subject matter expert, guiding the team on delivery methodologies, best practices, and high-quality documentation (FS, TS, and test scripts).

Technical Capabilities:

• Treasury & Cash Management: Deep knowledge of SAP Cash Management, liquidity forecasting, cash positioning, Bank Account Management (BAM), and Treasury workflows.

• Bank Connectivity & Pooling: Solid understanding of Multi-Bank Connectivity (MBC), Bank Communication Management (BCM), SWIFT, and intercompany cash pooling models.

• Payments & Banking Integration: Hands-on experience with payment automation (DMEE), formats (ISO20022, SEPA, MT), electronic bank statements (EBS), and host-to-host setups.

• Core Ledger & Finance (GL/FI): Strong expertise in General Ledger configuration, document splitting, parallel ledgers, financial close processes, and seamless integrations with AP, AR, AA, and Controlling.

• Modern SAP Architecture: Fluent with S/4HANA Finance concepts (Universal Journal, Fiori ecosystem) and modern integration technologies (APIs, IDocs, EDI, SAP Integration Suite).
