About the Client

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO & DRC E-Invoice Consultant who will join a project for our client in the pharma sector, supporting global finance transformation initiatives and ensuring compliance with electronic invoicing and statutory reporting requirements across multiple countries.

What you will do

• Configure and maintain SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC), including eDocument Cockpit, Application Interface Framework (AIF), and statutory reporting functionalities.

• Analyze global tax and legal requirements and translate them into SAP DRC solutions, ensuring compliance with local e-invoicing mandates (e.g. KSeF, SDI, RO e-Factura, Chorus Pro).

• Collaborate with Finance, Tax, and Integration teams to design and optimize end-to-end e-invoicing processes, including integrations with tax authority platforms via SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI) and APIs.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP DRC, eDocument Cockpit, AIF, and financial processes (AP, AR, GL), applying SAP Notes and regulatory updates when required.

• Support global rollout projects, process improvements, and continuous optimization of SAP FI/CO and tax compliance solutions.

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO, including strong knowledge of finance processes (AP, AR, GL) and indirect taxation (VAT/GST).

• 2+ years of experience working with SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC), formerly SAP eDocument and Advanced Compliance Reporting (ACR).

• Experience delivering at least one end-to-end implementation or rollout involving electronic invoicing solutions such as Poland KSeF, Italy SDI, France Chorus Pro, or Romania RO e-Factura.

• Practical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or ECC, SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI), and ABAP debugging for troubleshooting interfaces and tax-related issues.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment.
