SAP Enterprise Portal Consultant (German Speaking)

We are looking for an experienced SAP Enterprise Portal Consultant to join an international team supporting critical enterprise applications and digital workplace solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing SAP Enterprise Portal environments, managing incidents and change requests, and ensuring a seamless user experience across integrated business applications. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, helping deliver reliable and scalable portal solutions in a multilingual environment.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing incidents, service requests, and change activities related to SAP Enterprise Portal
• Supporting the maintenance, configuration, and optimization of portal solutions
• Analyzing business and technical requirements and translating them into effective solutions
• Troubleshooting application issues and coordinating resolution activities
• Collaborating with business users, support teams, and technical stakeholders across international environments
• Supporting integrations between SAP and non-SAP applications
• Contributing to system documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Providing user support and guidance when required

• Experience working with SAP Enterprise Portal environments
• Practical knowledge of incident and change management processes
• Ability to analyze business requirements and propose appropriate solutions
• Experience supporting enterprise applications in complex environments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Fluency in German
• Fluency in English

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS
• Experience integrating SAP and non-SAP systems
• Knowledge of digital workplace or employee portal solutions
• Experience working in international and multicultural teams
