SAP Data Management Lead

Experis Manpower Group is seeking an experienced Data Management Lead to join a large-scale separation and carve-out program. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for overseeing data governance, migration, quality, and validation activities across complex SAP and non-SAP environments while collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead data governance and ownership frameworks to ensure data integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define the data scope, Minimum Viable Dataset, and overall migration strategy.
• Manage data discovery, assessment, and business workshops to align technical requirements with business needs.
• Oversee data quality, cleansing, and validation activities to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate data extraction, migration planning, and cutover readiness while ensuring compliance with GDPR and privacy regulations.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of professional experience in Data Management, Data Governance, or Data Migration.
• Strong technical knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Proven experience with SAP Master Data, Transactional Data, and large-scale migration programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Deep understanding of data quality and governance frameworks.
