SAP Cut-Over Manager (SAP Rise)

Start: Flexible

Workload: Full-time (40 hours/week).

Duration: Until at least December 2026 (option to extend).

Location: Remote / Munich for workshops.

Summary: We are seeking an experienced Cutover Manager for SAP RISE / S/4HANA transformation projects to oversee operational management of cutovers, coordinate workstreams, and manage migration tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute the cutover.

• Consolidate and maintain a production/cutover list with around 400 items.

• Coordinate existing IT workstreams and migration activities.

• Identify and manage dependencies, sequences, and time windows.

• Prepare and execute cutover dry runs and go-live readiness activities.

• Serve as the central coordinator during go-live and transition into production.

• Manage escalations for blockers during the cutover phase.

Key Requirements:

• 7+ years fo proven experience as a Cutover Manager or in a comparable role.

• Demonstrated experience of multiple SAP S/4HANA go-lives in a RISE environment.

• Experience managing complex cutover and migration scenarios.

• Robust experience with detailed cutover and production plans.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Structured, resilient, and assertive working style.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with various project management tools.

• Experience in managing cross-functional teams.

• Previous experience in remote project management.
