Sap Consultant

For our client, an international company operating in the pharmaceutical and diagnostics industry and one of the largest healthcare companies in the world, we are looking for a SAP DRC Consultant.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing SAP solutions (SAP Document and Reporting Compliance) as well as ensuring that electronic invoicing processes comply with local tax authority requirements worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Configuration and maintenance of the SAP DRC environment.

• Mapping legal requirements from different countries to standard SAP DRC capabilities.

• Collaborating with integration teams as well as global tax and finance teams.

• Analyzing existing financial processes (AP (Accounts Payable),AR (Accounts Receivable), GL (General Ledger)) in order to optimize tax processes, pricing procedures, and related financial operations.

• Applying SAP Notes, Support Packages, and regulatory updates delivered through SAP OSS to keep the tax compliance environment up to date.

Ideal candidate profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO modules and at least 2–3 years of specialized experience with SAP DRC (formerly known as SAP eDocument and Advanced Compliance Reporting – ACR).

• Proven experience in at least one full-lifecycle global implementation involving local e-invoicing requirements.

• Strong knowledge of SAP Indirect Tax configuration, particularly VAT and GST.

• Experience with European tax regulations within large multinational organizations (MNCs – Multinational Corporations).

• English proficiency (min. B2 level).
