SAP Consultant FSCM (Developer)

thyssenkrupp Group Services is looking for a dedicated professional to join our team and help shape the future of Identity and Access Management (IAM). You will play a key role in managing identity lifecycles, optimizing workflows, and exploring cutting-edge solutions like Agentic AI within a global, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage identity operations including onboarding, offboarding, and compliance-driven access controls.
• Maintain and configure core IAM platforms such as SailPoint IdentityIQ, Microsoft Entra, and Ping Identity.
• Handle 2nd and 3rd level support tickets, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement systemic solutions.
• Perform quality assurance, workflow testing, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and custom integration logic to optimize provisioning processes.
• Participate in innovative projects focused on building and managing IAM processes for AI agents.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Identity Management processes and Access Management solutions like SailPoint, Ping Identity, or Microsoft Entra ID.
• Practical knowledge of directory services, including Active Directory, LDAP, and cloud identity layers.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell and familiarity with integration formats like Java, XML, and JSON.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail in QA and process documentation.
• Fluency in English at a B2/C1 level; knowledge of German is considered an advantage.
